Barracuda XDR is currently experiencing an issue that is impacting the visibility of data sources within the XDR Dashboard (CSD). Consequently, log degradation alerts generated since July 4th may be incorrectly reported as false positives. The affected data sources include Cloud, Endpoint, and Email integrations. Our Engineering team has identified the root cause as a failure in the API communication with the data lake and is actively working to implement a resolution. We recognize the potential impact this issue may have on your operations and are committed to restoring full functionality as quickly as possible. We would also like to confirm that this issue does not affect event ingestion or signal detection capabilities within the XDR platform.
